HARVEST 'n' GRAZE IS AN ALL-AGES FESTIVAL; BRING THE KIDS, FRIENDS, FAMILY + YOUR FESTIVE CHEER!

\\WHAT TO BRING

A picnic rug to laze around on, or seating. Please be mindful of others around... and behind you! 

A picnic basket, bag or esky to fill with the great produce on offer. Sun protection (hat, sun block)

 

\\WHAT NOT TO BRING

Food - other than baby food and special dietary needs.

Alcohol. There are plenty of great local producers, serving delicious food and products they've grown on the land. 

Marquees , gazebos, tents or other items that may impede safety or peoples enjoyments. Umbrellas and kids tents are ok!

 

\\I HAVE SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS, CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD? 

Yes, if you have a medical reason. Harvest ‘n’ Graze is not only about the great music but also about enjoying the great food that local stallholders have made for you.

 

\\ CAN I BRING MY OWN ALCOHOL? No, Harvest ‘n’ Graze is a licensed event, an extensive range of alcohol is available at the events.

 

\\VIP ADMISSION

Depending on the event we may offer limited VIP tickets, where you can meet, greet and chat to the great artist. 

 

\\WILL BAGS BE CHECKED? It is a condition of entry that bags and eskys are be checked at the venue entrance. We do this with patron safety in mind and ask for your understanding.

 

\\ IS MERCHANDISE AVAILABLE? Yes, merchandise is available at the event. Harvest ‘n’ Graze has wine glasses and other items available. It is at the artists discretion as to whether they sell merchandise on the day. Often artists will visit the merchandise tent after a performance for an informal meet & greet with fans, so please head over and say hello!

\\CAN I SMOKE AT THE EVENT? Harvest ‘n’ Graze is a family friendly event so we ask that you refrain from smoking at the event. You are permitted to exit the event area and use the designated smoking areas.

 

\\WHERE CAN I PARK? Depending on the venue parking is available on site. A gold coin donation to the parking volunteers is greatly appreciated. At inner city venues where there is no designated car park, public street parking is available. We recommend street signs and parking restrictions are noted. We highly recommend that patrons to use public transport where possible.

 

\\CAN I BRING THE KIDS? Kids under the age of 12 are free and encouraged to come along. Kids aged 12 and over will be charged full price. Persons under 18 must be accompanied by a ticket-holding parent or legal guardian at all times.

 

\\IS FIRST AID AVAILABLE? Yes. Please ask Security, Event staff or First Aid officers for help.  If someone is in need of medical attention please let Security, Event staff or First Aid know so they can help.

 

\\CAN I PURCHASE A VIP TICKETS?  The ticket types can change from show to show depending on the artist and venue. All events are General Admission.

\\ARE PASSOUTS AVAILABLE? Yes.

 

\\CAN I BRING MY ESKY? Yes, however they may be inspected for prohibited content prior to entry.

What if it rains? Yes the event will proceed rain, hail or shine. Please bring a poncho or rain coat with you if poor weather is forecast. Alternatively you can purchase a poncho on the day from the merchandise tent.

 

\\WHERE IS LOST PROPERTY? If you find or lose something – please go to the merchandise tent. If you realise you’ve lost something after the event, please email info@harvestngraze.com

 

\\ARE THE PROGRAM TIMES OR ARTISTS LIKELY TO CHANGE? Occasionally changes occur that are out of our control. Scheduled performance times and artist line-ups are subject to change. No refund will be offered in these circumstances.

 

\\ CAN I GET CASH OUT? Yes, at the Merchandise tent.

 

\\ ARE THERE DISABLED FACILITIES? Yes. Disabled toilets, parking and viewing areas are available. Just look out for a Harvest ‘n’ Graze staff member for information.

 

\\ CAN I GET MY TICKETS ON THE DAY? We can't guarentee there will be tickets are available at the gate if a show is sold out. Sometimes there are strict capacity restrictions are certain events so numbers are limited. We highly recommend you get you tickets before the event! 

 

\\ CAN MY LOST TICKET BE REPLACED? No. Unfortunately once the ticket sale is processed the purchase is final. Even if we have a record of your purchase, we cannot be certain that the ticket will not be re-used.
